Attainment of Budget Targets
Maintaining gross margin for all the Projects
Invoice Generation and Payment Collection
Monthly Rating Preparation
Guidance in Project Initiation & Planning
Guidance to Team Members for any unusual or sophisticated tasks
Tracking of projects on a daily basis and reporting the status to customers, as required
Project Weekly / Monthly Review meetings
SharePoint Implementation and Monitoring at Project Level Vendor Management for Project Outsources / Software etc.
5. Business Development :
Achieve personal sales targets by developing new business with existing and potential Clients.
Schedule and attend client meetings, ensuring that number of meetings meets targets as set by management
Participate in sales campaigns to drive revenue and increase Department growth.
Actively and successfully manage the sales process : From lead generation to handover to the account management team.
Prepare proposals and detailed costings, contract documents and submission clients.
Manage and maintain a pipeline and ensure all sales administration is kept updated using Sales CRM software.
Report on sales activity and performance to Core Management Team - Work closely with business development team, sharing knowledge, discussing ideas and helping the team to achieve target
