In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Recon and Settlement operations within TAT
Dispute management operations within timeline
Maintain GL’s with no breaks
Ensure regulatory compliance
Satisfactory rating in Audit
Perform Reconciliation & Debit card settlement operations related to VISA, NFS & RUPAY
Timely posting of reconciled entries in CBS
Process Cash backs and refunds within TAT
Ensure GL breaks are investigated and resolved within timeline
Coordinate with Vendor for timely submission of reports
Manage VISA, NPCI related Disputes
Identify new process improvements & fix the existing gaps
Maintain the SOP for all the SSB operations related processes
3 years plus experience in similar role
Hands on experience in working on Excel spreadsheets
Sound knowledge of Settlement and chargeback operations.
Good interpersonal and Analytical Skill
