Team leader for strategy developer towards zero alarm network
Hands on experience in vendor-based alarm-based bifurcation and handling service affecting and non-service affecting, audits and analysis
Multi OEM product experience (cisco, Huawei, ZTE, E / / / and Nokia etc),
Analytical skill on network operations and team leading ability with l3 level support if need arises.
Capable to adopt new technologies once deployed in net work
Should have capability to customer higher management team in all capacities
Ability to handle multilevel TAC of different OEM.
RCA analysis of all network incidents and support organization to optimize cost effective solutions.
Hands on experience on daily dashboard performance indicator circulation
Good communication skill both internally and externally
Responsible for regular customer interaction and discussion with customer stake holders on KPI and ITR
Good knowledge on WFM and TT handling process
Responsible for tracking PM (preventive maintenance) with appropriate tools
