Grow revenues from the Mumbai region through new and existing business

Job Description

The person would lead a team of account servicing personnel in our Mumbai office to meet their assigned Annual and Quarterly revenue targets.

Primary job responsibilities shall include :

  • Grow the revenue from assigned major clients by at least 15% YoY
  • Add at least 3 new major clients over a period of 1 year
  • Lead and inspire his / her team to meet the BD targets. Review team’s performance and recommend corrective action as required
  • Resolve issues that may crop up between the account management and production teams
  • Represent the company at industry meets in the region
  • Qualifications

    Candidates having a Bachelors / Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Management / Communication / Advertising / Marketing will be preferred


    6-7 years of experience in any advertising / communication agency, of which at least 2-3 years must have been in a digital agency.

    Skills / Attributes

  • Excellent written, spoken and presentation skills in English.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
  • Spoken knowledge of Marathi and Hindi would be appreciated, though not essential.
  • Should have relationship building capabilities.
  • Comfortable with long working hours, especially under tight timelines.
  • Team building capabilities are required
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
