Grow revenues from the Mumbai region through new and existing business
The person would lead a team of account servicing personnel in our Mumbai office to meet their assigned Annual and Quarterly revenue targets.
Primary job responsibilities shall include :
Grow the revenue from assigned major clients by at least 15% YoY
Add at least 3 new major clients over a period of 1 year
Lead and inspire his / her team to meet the BD targets. Review team’s performance and recommend corrective action as required
Resolve issues that may crop up between the account management and production teams
Represent the company at industry meets in the region
Candidates having a Bachelors / Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Management / Communication / Advertising / Marketing will be preferred
6-7 years of experience in any advertising / communication agency, of which at least 2-3 years must have been in a digital agency.
Skills / Attributes
Excellent written, spoken and presentation skills in English.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
Spoken knowledge of Marathi and Hindi would be appreciated, though not essential.
Should have relationship building capabilities.
Comfortable with long working hours, especially under tight timelines.
Team building capabilities are required
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Commensurate with experience & industry benchmark
