We are seeking an Trade Marketing COE Support - responsible to support market execution through providing Category and Trade Marketing analysis, while supporting the development of centralized capability for markets.
This position is based in Hyderabad and will report to DX COE Heads

Functional Responsibilities. Support Key Account Team in the management of Trade Promotion calendar / Loading of Customer promotions and overall trade calendar creation and execution and alignment with Financials.
Pull sales performance data on TPM promotional events and key Playbook initiatives. Analyze data to identify which promotional events met the success thresholds.
Manage the upload of trade promotion data into the systems by local teams. Monitor promotion performance by channel - Create monthly trade spend performance report.
Consolidate action plans (promo calendar) into execution plan for each store; Revise execution plans based on feedback from KAMs.
Assess and evaluate trade promotions performance and trade spend by channel and by customer. Analyse promotioin profitability, customer and channel profitability.
Support in developing centralized Trade Marketing capabilities for the sector. Act as a support to the Market Execution Team.
Work with capability leaders across clusters / sectors to continue to improve delivery solutions and advance and harmonize capability for future development.
Serve on functional and cross-functional teams and have the skills to consult with team members to Identify and resolve recurring performance problems and improvement opportunities.
Participate in regular operational review calls with Business Partners and Business Leaders. Maintain relationship with Markets and business departments.
Manage Team’s scope, workload and ad hoc requests. Ensure delivery against agreed Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
