About You :
You will need to understand the customer business situation and determine the best way to architect the user interactions and navigation to achieve the customer intention.
You are responsible for developing and driving a vision across the entire customer experience, include consistency across features and time.
This role requires and an experienced person like you who can work independently and remotely as most stakeholders and collaboration will occur with colleagues in Europe and North America.
Requires a strong personality, excellent soft skills, and ability to translate customer objectives into business solution.
There is no direct engineering team interaction, but the candidate’s work will indirectly scope and drive engineering team activities
In a typical day, you will
Remotely collaborate with business stakeholders (customers, partners and zebra users) in multiple time-zones to define user flow and experience
Enable the business strategy with the interactive design
Determine how to intuitively navigate the application to meet the customer needs
Be responsible for how features interact with one another in a consistent way
Ensure the implementation of the visual design supports the business strategy
Advocate for the customer and follow user-centered design principles
Rapidly iterate though design solutions
Create flow journey maps, diagrams, wireframes, prototypes to ensure stakeholder alignment with business vision
Work closely with cross-functional teams and collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers
Execute intuitive and enjoyable front-end experiences for the enterprise web applications
Be responsible for gathering a significant amount of data and analytic workflows and creates intuitive experience for the users
Ensures information on the web is structured in a way that makes the most sense
Develop and collects feedback on user interaction and interface deliverables, including sketches, wireframes, and visual designs
Understand and incorporates users' needs into interface design development process

At least 6+ years of UX Interactive design experience
A strong portfolio of work demonstrating conceptual, UX and visual design
Ability to distill complex problems to elegant solutions
Agile project experience is required
Proficiency in a variety of design tools
Must be a self-started, able to work independently and comfortable working remote
Customer Success, Customer Adoption and Customer Service values / orientation
Strong professional work behaviors (attendance, collaboration, time management, follow through)
Demonstrates good judgment in decision making; applies knowledge and past experience to guide decisions
Experience in High Tech SaaS products is preferred
Strong communication skills (listening, providing clear and concise information, using proper language and grammar
