Position Overview :
This individual is responsible for a wide variety of duties supporting the company's computer systems and is an integral part of the IT department.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to : providing all levels of help desk support, as well as all things related to firm computers, software, printers, scanning, and the network.
This individual also assists Management with planning, purchasing, configuration and implementation of all IT related purchases.
Provides all levels of support and problem resolution for various applications, desktop / laptop computers, Printers, network issues, network account administration, email administration and general help desk tasks.
Creates and maintains users and groups in Active Directory; assigns application access and ensures security and permissions are within standards.
Maintains and updates Windows Server.
Troubleshoots and maintains enterprise level applications.
Maintains inventory of all IT-related assets.
Assists IT Management in developing hardware and software configuration plans for user systems; evaluation and recommendation of network hardware and software;
design and configuration of network environment.
Manage Internal used applications
Experienced in all phases of desktop configuration, security and standards.
Possesses experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of desktop hardware and software (Windows 7, X) Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory.
Maintain Server Backups.
Provide Support to mobile devices (iPhone, iPad)
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
Ability to make independent decisions
Management tools and apps
A+ or Network+ Certification and / or equivalent work experience.
A minimum of 4 years' experience working in a similar position.
