Description

  • Responsible for, achieving monthly sales targets to meet the organization requirements.
  • Responsible for new customer acquisition through pre defined channel (Corporate) within defined cost of acquisition.
  • Engages with customers / corporate to build relationships, and delivering a positive customer experience while acquiring new customers
  • Build synergy with Branch and Corporate bank teams for seamless execution of business plan.
  • Maintain knowledge on all bank products and services and assist to resolve customer queries
  • Ensures all applications are fully and accurately completed and submitted properly and within specified TAT to Quality Desk.
  • Managing Sales Quality by ensuring defined benchmarks on First Time Not Right (FTNR), Gross Approval Rate (GAR), and Rejects & Sourcing Mix.
  • Ensure cross selling at the time of sale for high level of spend enablement.
  • Keep up-to-date on products, policy and competition
  • Attend and participate in regular staff meetings
  • Adherence of YES Values driven via Yes Personality standards & Work commitment.
  • Comply with Bank’s policies and processes.
