Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding- Ensuring smooth onboarding process is there in place, taking care of employee induction and other related activities.
  • Employee Life Cycle Contributing as HRBP in managing events related to entire employee life cycle.
  • Employee Engagement - Planning and organizing national events and festivals, and fixed monthly events as All Hands. Coordinating with internals teams and ensuring maximum participation in the events.
  • Employee Communication- Leading policy review, cheers for peers, DYK and policy awareness related initiatives.
  • Employee Relations Connecting directly with employees through connects, skip level meetings and exit interviews.
  • HR MIS Running error free HR report and other Mis every month.
  • HR Operations- Managing and contributing in managing HR related operational transactions.
  • Statutory Compliances Partnering with vendors and internal stakeholder in preparation of half yearly and annual returns.
  • Sharing monthly compliance data on time.

    Experience required (relevant / non-relevant)

    Min 3 yrs. as HR Business Partner.

    Graduate Any discipline

    MBA HR / Psychology
