Employee Life Cycle Contributing as HRBP in managing events related to entire employee life cycle.
Employee Engagement - Planning and organizing national events and festivals, and fixed monthly events as All Hands. Coordinating with internals teams and ensuring maximum participation in the events.
Employee Communication- Leading policy review, cheers for peers, DYK and policy awareness related initiatives.
Employee Relations Connecting directly with employees through connects, skip level meetings and exit interviews.
HR MIS Running error free HR report and other Mis every month.
HR Operations- Managing and contributing in managing HR related operational transactions.
Statutory Compliances Partnering with vendors and internal stakeholder in preparation of half yearly and annual returns.
Sharing monthly compliance data on time.
Experience required (relevant / non-relevant)
Min 3 yrs. as HR Business Partner.
