What You'll Do
Technical L&D Expertise :
Lead end-to-end development of engaging and well-designed L&D programs across functions to support their evolving priorities, from training needs assessments, content creation, workshop facilitation, and evaluation of program effectiveness
Track and measure training progress, effectiveness, and feedback using data insights
Create and facilitate virtual and Instructor-Led Trainings (ILT) as well as curate quality e-learning materials that align closely with the learning and developmental needs by function and job / skill levels
Ramp up quickly on Learning & Development related softwares, Learning Management Systems (LMS), authoring tools (i.e., Articulate or Evolve or similar) and other SaaS products
Provide relevant training samples created and successfully deployed
Influencing Others & Communication :
Build meaningful and collaborative relationships with global HR leaders, HRBPs, business leaders, L&D colleagues, and vendors
Work effectively and collaboratively in ambiguous and fast-pace situations where processes are complex and often not clearly defined
Effectively communicate and elevate L&D's vision, value, and latest learning solutions to key stakeholder groups by engaging those impacted and gaining appropriate sponsorship to drive change.
Support strategic efforts to execute and scale up a new learning strategy. Collaborate closely with L&D team members and business stakeholders to deliver on program objectives.
Manage program responsibilities end to end while providing consistent communication to stakeholders around processes, risks, and deadlines
Ensure that all learning solutions and programs are designed and delivered according to best practice processes and in alignment with the unique business needs of multiple functions across geographies
Who You Are
BA / BS degree or Masters degree in HR, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience in L&D for adult professionals
10+ years in L&D or relevant experience and delivering training programs with multiple stakeholder groups
Demonstrated ability to build meaningful relationships, build consensus and credibility with key stakeholders (global HR leaders, business groups, managers, HRBPs, vendors, etc.)
Proven success working in collaborative and ambiguous environments; creative and coachable
Strong knowledge of cross-cultural norms and experience building inclusive programs and strategies based on industry best-practices
Exceptional communication and professional writing skills
Proactive problem solver, detail oriented, and a self-starter
Experience with graphic design, microlearning, or UX design or equivalent work experience / passion is strongly preferred
Previous consulting experience in a similar vertical is strongly preferred
