Key Responsibilities

  • Analysis of new and existing inventory requests, prior to approvals.
  • Research and process infrastructure inquiry and change requests.
  • Analysis of financial hierarchy changes and the implementation of inventory system Reporting LOB Name changes.
  • Enterprise Software Asset Management annual plan coordination.
  • Guidance and approval of TAMS and PRIME user access requests.
  • Analyze and action requests submitted for update of key System of Record (SoR) fields
  • Review and approve Cost Center and Support Team updates
  • Support the Firm s strategic reorganizations to ensure data, support information and cost codes are accurate for inventory assets
  • Support partners with information pertaining to upkeep of SoR inventory records
  • Evaluate, present and remediate Inventory data quality issues, including ad hoc requests, firmwide initiatives and proactive application reviews.
  • Key Skills / Requirements

  • Subject matter expertise in a broad technology infrastructure domain (e.g., EUS, Data Center, Cloud Computing, Networks).
  • Experience and a proven track record of success in an Inventory / Asset management role, with direct team supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience in a matrix management framework i.e. manage by influence without direct authority.
  • High degree of numeracy and experience with inventory system and control tools (e.g. TAMS, SEAL, Prime, Aperture, SORD, ITSM, Vertices, Aperture, ART).
  • Identify and implement best practices and process improvement and automation, leveraging industry best practice.
  • A strong knowledge of infrastructure, desktop, and general technology services and assets.
  • Experience in governance and oversight roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across organizational and geographical boundaries.
  • Strong control orientation, analytical, communication and negotiation skills
  • Superior communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to build rapport, garnering respect and appropriately exercise authority in a collaborative cross-cultural environment.
  • Self-starter with initiative to improve processes and be innovative.
  • Advance knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with COMPASS tool knowledge and experience preferred.a
