Solve day to day operation support issues
Shoul d be flexible to work in shifts, weekends, Public Holidays on rotational basis
Provide on-call support as and when required.
Update Work instructions / SOPs

Co-ordination with all support groups
Analyze performance bottleneckbase d on monitoring data
Configure and manage security polices, co mpliance policies, and access controls to AWS resources (e.g. Amazon EC2, Amazo n Elastic Load Balancer, Amazon VPC, Amazon RDS etc.)
Configur e and manage audit for AWS resources
Develop and operate backup / restoration procedure
Develop and operate patch management p rocedure
Develop or update CloudFormation script to automate p rovisioning of AWS resources
Where applicable, develop AWS com mand line script or CloudFormation script to automate tasks
Re spond and resolve production incidents related to AWS resources aswell as operating systems running on EC2 instances (e.
g. Redhat Enterprise Linux etc.)
