Build best-in-class events experience that supports the communication and brand strategy including :

Develop, implement and execute the full year events plan working closely with the ASPL Head of Corporate Communications

Work closely with the business units, corporate functions and key focus area groups and serve as the go-to person for all team events and activities

Measure success and engagement, regular reporting and maintain a calendar of events for the organization

Provide world-class brand management to support reputation building and great place to work initiatives including :

Own and execute framework around display management and prime avenues for display of collaterals across our offices in India

Physical branding management and refresh of office workspace graphics

Innovate to bring new age branding practices and work with facilities and technical teams for setting up the infrastructure

Work with the Digital Content Lead to ensure regular flow of information and brand compliance across all channels video, social media, community website, company website, others

Maintain a repository of brand approved toolkits and templates for use by wide variety of audience groups to ensure consistency.

Monitor, track and report deviations having potential impact on brand reputation

Serve as the gatekeeper for brand guidelines and Partner with agency suppliers to develop brand awareness through regular and targeted efforts

Work in partnership with the network of Communication Champions and serve as a consultant in shaping a best-in-class brand experience

Duties include :

Analyze and measure efforts using the right mix of sentimental and objective analysis, parameters include : Audience Growth, Audience Profile, Audience Engagement, Content Reach, Engagement by Event Type, Response Rate and Quality, Negative Feedback Measure results.

Analyze key metrics and suggest strategy changes as needed

Compile reports and maintain performance dashboards for management reviews

Produce detailed proposals for events (for example, timeliness, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets)

Deploy successful brand campaigns and own their implementation from idea to execution

Manage all pre-event planning, e.g. organizing guest speakers and delegate packs

Research venues, suppliers and contractors

Liaise with ASPL teams to find out exact event requirements and serve as a consultant for high quality experience


3.5 to 5 years of working with a brand agency or as an inhouse online communications expert

Experience of producing compelling content and high impact printcollaterals for sharing the organizations story with a diverse range of audience groups

First-hand experience of working with brand guidelines and aligning visual aspects, imagery, infographics, others to organization priorities

Experience of guiding efforts and working with graphic designers for developing artworks for social media and interactive tools web chats, contests, polls, use of gamification and new age tool would be a plus

Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side to analytical side, able to demonstrate why ideas are analytically sound

Working knowledge of tools - photoshop, video editors, others

Experience of working with senior leaders preferred for filming and photoshoots
