Job Title / Designation : - Business Development Lead (Field Sales) / IT Sales Lead

Job Description :

  • Initiation of Prospect Meeting with mid to large college, universities & test prep institutes for their region
  • Identify and prospect opportunities for increased business growth
  • Responsible for revenue generation through selling our assessment solutions
  • Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect communication and convert them into qualified leads
  • Engage and build strong relationships with clients and convert them to signed contracts
  • Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate :

  • Ability to sell technical product
  • Ability to have a peer-to-peer meeting with company proprietors or educators
  • Excellent communication skills : - verbal and written
  • Should be good in Listening, Probing and Selling skills
  • Able to work independently to achieve sales targets
  • Passion for marketing is a compensation structure for the right candidate.
  • Allowances and Incentives provided.
