International Sales Manager : Location-Noida / Gurgaon

Salary Range : 20 to 50 Lacs.

Experience : above 10 years.

We are looking for Senior International Sales person for iEnergizer Limited.iEnergizer is a global provider of Business Process Outsourcing solution and currently working in Healthcare, BFSI, Gaming, Publishing and Legal verticals.

iEnergizer 100% owns Aptara Corporation which is a US-based media company specializing in digital content development. It is headquartered in Falls Church, Virginia.

Aptara's services include content production, digital publishing, data conversion, editorial services, eLearning and technology development, legal content solutions, and business process outsourcing(BPO).

Its customers include publishers, information aggregators, professional societies, universities and corporations worldwide

We are actively seeking Result driven, fast paced executive with track record of managing complex Working at a leadership position and managing teams across sales functions with following skills :

  • Successful delivery of targets towards upward growth and improved margins, revenue growth
  • Reviewing and interpreting the competition after in-depth analysis of market information to fine-tune the strategy
  • Sourcing & supporting national & international business development activities, working in close coordination with the top management to meet strategic business plans
  • Conducting effective research through diverse sources to generate &identify prospects
  • Marketing the brand & creating business opportunities
  • Developing relationships with key decision makers in target organizations to ensure repeat / referral business.
  • Team and resource management, Hiring, Incentive plans, motivational psychology to reduce cost.

  • Working at a unified sales function of BD, Sales Management,Strategic Planning, Client Relations & Account Management role
  • Sourcing & supporting US International business development activities, working in close coordination with the top management to meetstrategic business plans
  • End to end sales process management (Demand generation, Business Closure, Account Management)
  • Sales leadership - Hiring, mentoring, coaching and motivating team of revenue generators. Managing team attritions, Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations and meeting of individual & group targets
  • Conducting meetings for setting up sales objectives, designing and streamlining processes to ensure smooth functioning of sales operation
  • Perform monthly and quarterly analysis, including performance towards sales plan, order and deal analysis, lead-to-sales performance,among others
  • Develop & Evaluate new and existing sales, marketing efforts and the competitive landscape and direct strategic and tactical changes that result in the achievement of high grow Develop and manage the sales pipeline, to forecast monthly, quarterly and annual sales volumes and profits for existing and new products.
  • Monitor sales volume, selling price, supply and demand trends,economic indicators and competitor's sales strategies to enhance the company's sales success
  • Collaborates with key managers on systems development; process improvement; customer management; new product introduction;
  • and resource management


  • The successful candidate will possess a leading-edge understanding of the most sophisticated sales approaches currently in use by US business.
  • The successful candidate must have experience working in a US sales team in a complex sales cycle. This experience must include development of a unique value proposition for large, multinational customers without the presence of a dominant brand name.
  • He will be a consummate leader and will have a proven ability to build, grow, and inspire teams.
  • The successful candidate will demonstrate true leadership ability and have strong cross-functional and team-building skills with an ability to manage effectively up, down and across an organization.
  • He is able work alongside dynamic individual team members as a day-to-day partner in moving the business forward, holding reports accountable for forecasts and other sales objectives.
  • He will be able to communicate effectively with the various constituencies. Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills are also desired along with strong time management, organizational and analytical skills.
