Replicon is currently looking for a Marketing Operations Manager who will be responsible for supporting the Marketing team in the reporting , analysis and operation excellence of the Marketing operations function.
This individual will support the marketing management through overseeing the teams for list building , lead database management and mining the data.
People management of three teams under Marketing Operations; when necessary recruit , organize training and manage the performance of the sales administrators , reporting analysts and marketing analysts on your team
Work with Marketing , Sales and other cross functional teams on process and strategies
Create regular and adhoc reports for global Marketing leaders
Analyze data for patterns that indicate problems that need to be addressed or opportunities to investigate; identify root causes and work with marketing leaders to address the issues or opportunities.
Work closely with IT / Business Applications to estimate and justify new efforts , define business requirements , and ensure effective business user acceptance testing.
Work closely with internal customers to understand current and future business needs. Also identify and analyze any needs and trends requiring special attention.
Understanding & experience with lead management and demand generation with focus on impact / revenue
Ability to quickly and efficiently sort through data to identify key issues or variables to consider in making critically important strategic decisions
Manage , enhance and optimize the end - to - end lead management process in conjunction with sales and marketing stakeholders including lead scoring , upload , routing , reporting and performance management
Graduation is a must , MBA is an added advantage
8 years experience in a similar role , with demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility
Strong analytical , communication and critical thinker skills
Expert / advanced excel skills and critical analysis to get to the so what behind the data
Ability to effectively multi - task and prioritize in an ever - changing environment
Proven track record leading cross - group and cross company initiatives
Knowledge / experience in working on an ERP environment and Salesforce.com
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Shift timing - must work 7 : 00pm to 4 : 00am IST with the flexibility of attending later meetings with marketing executives in Silicon Valley once or twice a week,
