Experience :

3-years experience in Consulting orIT Firms specifically in business analysis, consulting or inside sales role

Required Skills :

  • Expected to have strong analysis & modeling skills
  • Good to have thorough understanding on any of the following domains : BFS, Insurance, Healthcare / Life-sciences, Telecom, Media & Information services or Internet companies
  • Very strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong collateral creation abilities (e.g. ppt, demos, info-graphics)
  • Has an in-depth understand of globally distributed IT consulting business models
  • Has robust awareness of global markets and industry trends
  • Ability to understand technical software engineering concepts & solutions
  • Can work extensively with cross-functional teams and interact with all layers of the organization. Must be especially proficient at building professional relationships with cross-functional team members
  • Conducts industry or domain research or expertise applicable to client’s project or solution need
  • Analyses data and concisely formulates recommendations to solve key business issues
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills demonstrated out-of-the-box problem solving skills
  • Desired Proficiencies :

    Catalyzing sales effort& enabling success by producing creating client facingpresentations / collaterals, communicating with cross-functional teams andproviding perspective on industry trends through timely and relevant research
