To achieve sales targets and to build excellent clientrelationships for positioning of all products.
1. Does proper mapping of network of dealers, sub-dealers
2. To Improve Distribution Network
3. Identify new Dealers / Distributor, Appoint New Dealers, Handholding of New Dealers for first 1 month
4. Increases width and depth of distribution by increasing reach and adding more dealers / distributors to our network
5. Map high end dealers and retail counters to enhance sales
6. Market mapping for New Towns and existing towns
7. Visit to Dealers as per PJP
8. Market mapping to increase counter share
9. Ensuring complete adherence of the field sales processes including
PJP / DSR / MIS etc.
10. Appoint New Distributor within 40 days.
