Key responsibilities

  • Manage end to end process for Banking Customers.
  • Closely monitor customer complaints, compliance, regulatory or reputational issues.
  • Work through RPA / strategic automations.
  • Responsible to make timely decisions and solve functional issues within the set guidelines.
  • Deduce and resolve processing issues resulting in cost reduction for business.
  • Follow lead by example approach to drive risk awareness, process control and team collaboration.
  • Role requirements

  • Graduation / PG degree in Finance.
  • Should be familiar with application of tools and techniques used for process improvement.
  • Clear understanding of mortgage and related guidelines.
  • Team Player with strong people skills.
  • Prior domain experience along with managing large team is a must.
  • Prior domain experience along with team handling is preferred.
