  • Needs to visit 25 Brokers Every Day (location sheet provided by office head one day before)
  • Collect the Information from the Broker and provide them the profile of the Company and Brochure of the Project.
  • Meeting customers (leads generated by telecaller) to detail about the project and converting these to sales
  • Developing new potential Client base and Targeting new market segments
  • Organizing & participating in various sales promotion activities regularly for generating future reference and business leads.
  • Achieving sales quotas on month to month basis for self and team
  • Cementing healthy relation with customer, enhancing customer satisfaction matrices by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
  • Making daily Broker wise reports for their feedback.
  • Taking briefings on regular basis for all about new updates & launches.
  • Pitching and promoting company different Retail liability and investment products to the clients as per their specific needs.
  • Delivering to additional inputs and targets assigned time to time, as required
