Job Description Execute large-scale desktop deployment, platform migration, and endpoint management SCCM operational support / Configuration / OSD / Patching / Packaging / and as of recent, troubleshooting phantoms, server failures, and rebuilding Distribution Points and PXE configurations.
Ensure desktops meet internal security policies and guidelines (patching, anti-virus, encryption, etc.) Provide second- and third-level troubleshooting and support of desktop-related issues Analyzes log files and reports to provide recommendations for process and technology improvements Executes patch management program procedures Ensures approved antivirus software is properly applied to all resources connected to the managed network.
