Job Responsibilities : -
Manage distribution Channel sales across the country with right product mix, with P&L accountability
Develop and maintain superior relationships within Business partnerships
Own and manage sales process within Business relationships aimed at delivering on Revenue and volume across multiple channels.
Strategize and successfully execute Sales plans, effectively Manage RnR allocations, manage training of Partner sales channels.
Strategize and implement new product launches across existing partnerships.
Support the development of OneAssist by involvement in, input and ownership of specific work programs essential to delivery of the operations.
Design & support Marketing activities point of sales
Skill Sets :
Planning, budgeting, Analytical and cost management experience.
Cost of Sales, Budget, Channel program Implementation (product mix)
Product pricing negotiation with partner / customers / SI customers.
Key role in deciding new product launch.
Employee & Channel incentive program to motivate sales.
Ability to lead effectively in a demanding, fast paced, team environment.
