The Role Responsibilities ·Partnerwith Senior Leaders, Global Process Managers (GPM) and Stakeholders on variousinitiatives, in line with organization objectives ·Continuallyreviewing all assigned processes in order to identify opportunities for qualityand process design improvement ·Ensuringtotal customer satisfaction by providing quality service, submitted in a timelymanner and communicated effectively ·ContinuousImprovement in Productivity to the standards prescribed from time to time ·Managedata & information support for all the key initiatives of business unitsacross Retail Bank / Private Banking supporting countries & group teams.
Participatein Projects by performing UATs as & when required (e.g. UATs on reportconversion / migration due to Data-Mart enhancements).
Workwith Group Analytics team on setting up guidelines related to data securitygovernance in line with Group Policies and monitoring / tracking the team’scompliant ·Provideguidance to Group / Country Analytics teams on matters related to data governanceand solutions to enable delivery of information to stakeholders in a secured, timelyand efficient manner ·Workclosely with technology and Ops function and the data warehouse team onsolutions to resolve identified production issues which are impacting existinginfrastructure / solution covering data quality, data assurance, refresh timeliness,data security governance ·Managethe infrastructure need of the internal team ·Proactivelymanaging / monitoring the processes around data warehouse access application,approval and user access review ·To workclosely with the Project teams (Business & Technology), to review theintegration of new functionality / technology implementation projects initiatedand ensure that these projects are in line with the Information ManagementPolicy requirements ·Manageanalytics support for all the key initiatives of all segments / products ofRetail Bank / Private Banking ·Extendanalytics support spanning across entire gamut of business (CustomerAcquisition, Portfolio Management, New Product Development) ·Manageanalysis & reporting across all Retail products / segments / Private Banking ·Manageprocesses leading up to scorecard performance tracking and incentivecalculation ·Interactwith metrics owners across various functions and get end to end understandingof the metrics and applicability of the same across various Scorecards ·Liaisewith customers on the periodic review and re-

KEY COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE ·Strong Analytical and Strategic mindset, coupled with athorough understanding of analytics and in Banking Industry ·Ability to design and build structured processes withconsensus of key leaders in the wider organisation.
Ability to understand and connect business drivers andrationale for and application of those relevant to the Performance managementprocesses.
Significant experience of working with senior management teamand of interfacing with and influencing senior stakeholders.
Able to quickly establish credibility when representing theGroup, presenting a positive, persuasive and professional presence and have anexcellent communication, analytical and decision-
making skills. ·Substantial experience of banking, depth and breadth ofknowledge in processes especially in the areas of analytics and relatedprocesses ·Strong ability to understand analytics and its drivers andsynthesize them into meaningful analyses as required.
Design analysis &interpretations as required to facilitate management decision making. ·Experience of having led large teams including senior &experienced professionals.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS ·BE / B.Tech / MCA with (or) MBA / Chartered Accountant with 6+ years of hands on SAS experience,process re-
engineering, and organisation Design ·Strong understanding of financial industry, specificallybanking products and services and Business Intelligence tool ·Exposure in a large international Bank in driving performanceeffectiveness / business analytics ·Effective communication skills, including presenting andinfluencing senior management.
Leadership skills and ability to influence others in decisionmaking ·Relationship and stakeholder management skills is important ·Initiative and proactive thinking.
