Senior Advisor, E-Business

They are industry experts on emerging technology. They manage the development, implementation and coordination of cutting-edge internet marketing strategies while driving merchandising product placement, pathing, promotion and content to optimize conversion and consideration.

The team also leads on campaign management, product launch, online merchandising and end-to-end conversion.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a candidate who has a strong background in Digital analytics, with proven abilities to be innovative and creative, as well as strong collaborator and communicator.

Person in this role is expected to use analytics techniques such as statistical analysis using OLAP cubes, SQL, Hadoop and other big data tools to help grow online business.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Analyzes online customer behavior and online business performance, designing and developing new and innovative analytics methods
  • Understand customer purchase path and ID optimization techniques to promote more online vs offline sales
  • Price and product purchase history analysis to promote right product mix
  • Using predictive analytics to predict customer propensity to purchase and churn
  • Executes online analytics and provides bi-weekly progress updates and present findings to key stakeholders
  • Establish relationship with key business partners or Point of Contacts to accelerate issues fix
  • Contribute to improve process and reduce overall issues
  • Essential Requirements

  • Education MBA / degree in business administration or Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science / IT, Applied Science, Math, Statistics
  • 4+ years of relevant experience with at least 2+ years providing highly-actionable e-commerce analytics
  • Experience OLAP, SQL, proficiency in Excel and Microsoft office
  • Strong teamwork, business acumen, and customer advocacy skills
  • Strong presentation, leadership, business influence, and project management skills
  • Strong comfort with data. Ability to collect, analyze and develop actionable insight from data. Strong Excel (pivot tables, etc.)
  • Desirable Requirements

  • Experience Hadoop (Hive), SAS, JMP, Splunk, R, Python Experience e-commerce analytics tools : SiteCatalyst, Discover, Insights, TeaLeaf
  • Dealt with multiple stakeholders as part of work delivery, worked in large cross functional teams
  • Previous experience in web analytics in B2B domain
  • Experience connecting data sets with APIs to enhance data analysis
