Responsibilities / Accountabilities :
Understand the Adobe implementation and underlying data model
3-4years of experience in Email / Campaign Management experience in ADOBE required.
Help in setting up the data model and integration in Adobe Campaign during set up phase
Architect and design technical solutions as well as integrate and configure complex technology to drive multi-touch / multi-
channel marketing, defined by the buyer's journey, using a global / regional demand center model
Impeccable time management and communication skills
Project and Client (Brand team) management experience is a must.
Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and requirements; ability to proactively engage customer in the course of project management
Working alongside junior team members to aid internal growth and improve Adobe Campaign abilities
Solves issues from more junior members in the team using all functions of Adobe Campaign to set up, maintain and run multi-
channel (email, SMS, In-app message, Direct Mail) campaigns in Adobe Campaign.
Escalates technical issues to Client IT and also directly to Adobe support, and owns them to resolution.
Supports UAT of new functions and raises IT Change Request requirements in consultation with global team into Client IT
Knowledge / working experience on MARKETO will be an added advantage
Use Marketing Automation Platform (Marketo / ADOBE) to create, deploy and monitor critical and complex Marketo programs, such as engagement programs, trigger campaigns, email campaigns, webinar and event programs.
Individual is comfortable with landing page and form layout. Should be able to create responsive, email templates and landing pages to help support some of the marketing initiatives
