Primary Responsibilities :

  • As an Engineering Leader you will lead, inspire and manage a team of world class software engineers
  • Drive complex and large-scale technical projects and provide leadership in an innovative and fast-paced environment
  • Provide technical expertise throughout the product lifecycle including design, implementation, and delivery of scalable services
  • Be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and success of complex technical projects
  • Lead the execution of the product development and ensure on time delivery with highest quality
  • Coach, mentor and manage a team of software engineers and / or managers
  • Plan and manage multiple parallel projects
  • Work with product delivery teams to identify architectural issues and ensure timely and smooth delivery of features
  • Partner with business and product teams to build products that delights our customers
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and / or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and / or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and / or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).

    Required Qualifications :

  • BS / MS in Computer Science Engineering or related technical field with 12+ years of software product development experience
  • 10+ years of experience with back-end technologies, such as Python, Java, C# writing scalable solutions - preferably cloud-native
  • 5+ years building & managing high performance DevOps, Platform Engineering and / or Site Reliability teams.
  • Experience in building, deploying, and operating cloud infrastructure as code which supports high availability, scalability, and security requirements
  • Experience in implementing self-service CI / CD pipelines and other products / tools for reducing toil across engineering teams
  • Experience defining, measuring, and managing service level metrics (SLIs, SLAs, and SLOs) across multiple products
  • Experience working with globally distributed team and leading a team of 10+ engineers
  • Strong automation and problem-solving skills and ability to follow through to completion
  • Ability to collaborate with Enterprise Security Team to implement highest security standards
  • Ability to attract, recruit & retain best talents
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience building Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Data Factory, Azure Event Hub, ARM template
  • Experience defining metrics, dashboards, centralized monitoring and incident management practices using tools like Splunk, Grafana, DataDog, PagerDuty
  • Strong knowledge of Azure public cloud services including networking topography, security services, data storage services, and Kubernetes service
  • Working knowledge of HIPPA, HITRUST, or other security standards for protecting infrastructure and data in a healthcare environment
