A REGULAR DAY AT WORK / MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Application Chef, you will :
Transfer all programs developed by Electrolux Professional Chef Academy (Corporate Chefs, Hub Chefs) into local impactful programs and actions (executed by local Chefs and ECA members, eg Freelance Chefs)
Develop job descriptions for local Chefs / ECA members, align with respective reporting line
Set clear goals and KPIs together with Marketing Activation Managers and local Marketing Managers / Country Managers
Train and monitor performance of local Chefs / ECA members according to developed standards for product launches, demos, seminars and events
Work with the Regions to ensure seamless execution of corporate programs, demos and customer engagement
On-site support for local events and demos
Apply and follow-up proper use of the EPR Marketing tools within the Chefs network
Collect and share best practices across the Regions
Improve teamship and collaboration within the Worldwide Electrolux Professional Chefs team
Contribute to develop ECA as a key competitive advantage, deliver regular feedback from markets to improve our customer centric approach
Contribute to development and implementation of ECA standards in line with the 360 principles (creating memorable experience for customers, partners, dealers, colleagues)
Strong collaboration with Corporate Chef team leader and team to ensure local deployment of standards and programs
Strong collaboration with Commercial Organisation, Marketing, Business Units and Sales functions to ensure seamless customer experience and efficiency at work
Support Corporate Chefs team for demos / seminars if necessary to ensure proper business flow also within CoE Pordenone or at global exhibitions / events
Support / engage customers in the product first use (on-boarding)
Support customer ownership by using CRM (Salesforce) incl ongoing monitoring of local Chefs reports and conversion (Marketing performance) together with their Line Managers
Support central initiatives and events promoted by BUs and other central departments.
Provide contents for marketing & communication
Develop recipes and best practices (both on central and local level) for different Food programs and concepts, support in creating digital tools (eg videos, recipe, books)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
5 years of experience in the Food Service Industry
Bachelor or Master Degree is an advantage
Familiar with the most recent cooking trends, methods, processes and technologies as well as sophisticated gastronomy
Ability to exploit trends and to transfer them into the daily work
Strong team spirit and leadership aspiration
Excellent presentation and communication skills as well as profound Management skills
Proven educational experience (trainings, seminars)
Strong organizational and learning capabilities
Very good influencing skills
Flexible in time and regional assignment, ability to travel
Good English language skills, both written and spoken
Safe in current Office / workspace tools as well as digital tools
