Job Summary
This role reports to the Director of Regional Procurement for a financial services client. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of Client and CBRE processes, procedures, and technologies within the country teams for both Principal and Managing Agent spend.
The candidate with work with the Director of Regional Procurement to provide active support in countries for spend that does not fall under Category Management, but requires regional involvement such as tenders that are greater than $50k.

EDUCATION & TRAINING
Bachelor degree and experience working in Procurement preferably in a client facing model. Minimum of five years of related experience and / or training.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to effectively present information. Ability to provide persuasive arguments and negotiate with suppliers.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires an understanding of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions.
Must be able to analyze commercial results and make a recommendation.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving a variety of options in complex situations and provide solutions where necessary.
Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
TRAINING & CONTRACTING
Experience in working closely with stakeholders in many locations and training them on the policies, procedures, and technology tools with regards to how it will help them in their roles.
Experience in strategic sourcing and contracting for services is essential.
OTHER SKILLS and / or ABILITIES
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite & Tableau. Data analytics to tell a story with diagrams, charts and ppt.
Must have a strong command of the English language and excel in the areas of spelling, grammar and punctuation. Knowledge and experience with CBRE systems such as Zycus, iRisk and MySupplier.
Willing to work on APAC hours
The role is flexible in location, meaning this has been opened in other countries simultaneously particularly in China, Malaysia, India, and Philippines.
Work location will depend on the home country of the identified candidate.
Amenable to work onsite depending on business needs (HYBRID arrangement)
