ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM :

The Accounting Manager will be managing the accounting function for TKWW’s Indian operations as well as being responsible for an accounting team that supports both India and TKWW’s global offices.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Order to Cash Accounting

Procure to Pay Accounting

Tax Coordination

Coordination of outsourced payroll and management of employee expense reimbursement

Coordination of Audit

Management of team supporting global operations and willingness to step in and support any staff member to achieve this objective

Prepare monthly sales tax returns

Manage and train multiple staff members

Coordinate month end close and complete or review all tasks

Special projects as requested

SUCCESSFUL ACCOUNTING MANAGER CANDIDATES HAVE :

Minimum Experience : At least 6 years of experience. Experience in Big 4 Firm a significant plus.

Minimum Education : BS or BA degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related fields. An advanced degree or certification such as Chartered Accountant is highly desirable.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong leadership and teaching skills

Works well independently using technology

Accountable for both self and team

Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet due dates

Strong problem solving, time management and organizational skills
