What will you contribute?

Reporting to the Meril Lilly the Technical Consultant will implement new features, be involved in upgrades, deliver customizations described in functional specifications using the Fusion Phoenix toolkit API and you will be involved in designing solutions for the customer needs, working closely with regional teams.

Responsibilities & Deliverables :

Your deliverables as a Technical Consultant will include, but are not limited to, the following :

  • Review and validate mapping data
  • Ensure client satisfaction by responding to requests for assistance. Investigate, troubleshoot, or escalate issues as required.
  • Accept responsibility for, coordinate, and track issues to a resolution / conclusion.

  • Document client suggestions; provide work-around solutions, when possible, for identified problems in Finastra Core solutions;
  • and ensure individuals who need to be informed are made aware of problems. Use tracking system(s) to report and monitor product maintenance and enhancements.

  • Effective communication and mentoring junior Technical Consultants.
  • Adhere to Finastra Client Services standards and processes while also ensuring assigned performance targets and service level objectives are met.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.
  • Work in US Business Hours
  • Required Experience :

  • Work experience in MS SQL scripting
  • Experience with data validation and review
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills; effective customer service skills
  • Ability to work with clients, co-workers or third parties
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Applications & the Internet
  • Readiness to work in US Business Hours
