speaking Listing Quality Specialist based in Hyderabad to support the international seller business on our Japanese Amazon websites.

We are looking for a bright and motivated individual to build their career with our Catalog Services team. You will join our back-

office Listing Quality team, working on a number of projects to enhance the quality of our product catalog (e.g. searchability of products) with the goal of improving the buying experience of our customers.

To do this you will have to :

  • Be flexible and learn new processes
  • Work autonomously and deal with ambiguity
  • Be detail-oriented and compare similar products to improve catalog quality
  • Use browsers and internal tools to investigate and prove the eligibility of partners
  • Identify root causes of listing problems and drive resolution
  • N3 Certification in Japanese Language and Bachelor degree (preferably in Computer Science or Business) and 0 to 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) applications
  • Ability to work with IT systems, understand and work with XML feeds, SQL / DW.
  • Excellent communication skills in written and oral English with the ability to face external and internal partners in a professional and mature manner.
  • Interest in e-Commerce / Online business.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and passion for delivering great customer experience is required.
  • Attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel
  • Creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for operational excellence
  • N3 Certification in Japanese Language and Bachelor degree (preferably in Computer Science or Business) and 0 to 3 years of relevant working experience
