Leads as a business liaison, and product owner for customer communication capabilities, scoping and designing digital solutions for web, email, mobile content, campaigns and provide a personalized customer experience.
Reporting relationship :
This position will report to Delivery Manager / Senior Delivery Manager
Key Responsibilities :
Leads Omni channel development efforts, collaborates to define relevant digital customer touch points across web, mobile, email, social, etc
Strong and proven experience in Customer Communications & Correspondence tools with knowledge of Content Management platforms
Demonstrate expertise in the creation of personalized and customized correspondence, contracts, statements, marketing materials, campaigns
Functional knowledge on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) designing, building and executing automated email campaigns
Knowledge on one of the Customer Communication platforms such as OpenText xPression, Broadridge Communications Cloud, Smart Communications or Document Composition Tools ExStream, AEM would be an advantage
Identify and prioritize requirements. Serve as a liaison to Business partners, and IT delivery teams. Define the product features and enable execution in an agile / SAFe methodology.
Education : Graduate Bachelor s degree (any stream)
Skill set :
Strong Customer Orientation. Ability to improve Business Process, design and develop campaigns, and personalize customer communication
Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform experience Conceptual and Hands-on
Experience with Contact Builder, Automation Builder, Journey Builder, Email Studio
Knowledge of AMP Script, HTML, CSS is preferred
Conceptualize, ability to elicit business, customer requirements and define product / feature specifications
Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize, and meet simultaneous deadlines
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills across audience at all levels
Other : Sound technical skills, inter personal skills, good experience in estimation methodologies, excellent communication and time management skills required.
Understanding of system workflow, application workflow within the system, interfaces with other systems. High level understanding of business processes performed by system.
