This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. Responsibilities include some of the following :
Infrastructure Support : Responsible for the Infrastructure supporting the Core Applications, associated technical services, Databases, and alongside integration with other Enterprise systems within GSK’s environment.
Ensure the services are monitored and maintained to ensure the services are running in a 24x7x365 environment. Responsible for supporting and managing rotational on-call (after-hours) with other team members.
Identify issues with Core Applications and work with vendors on resolving any issues with the GSK environment. Work with Platform Operations to support and maintain GSK’s infrastructure ensuring that they are held to the highest operating standards.
Manage the maintenance and patching compatibility of Core Applications against the Operating Systems and Databases. Perform routine maintenance on the Core Applications.
Disaster Recovery : Perform Disaster Recovery on environment working with Platform Operations, Testers, and key application integration users.
Core Application Expansion : Expand the environment including deploying new capability. This would involve sourcing Hardware, installing OS / required OS features for product software, and working with L3 and Integration / automation team to expand Core Applications.
Life-cycle management : Involved in Core Application life-cycle management. Upgrade / Patch application components such as deploying point release and major version upgrades.
Lead testing activities from an infrastructure perspective. Assist with implementing updates and enhancements. Perform ongoing technical monitoring (including capacity, performance, RDS license, etc.
Identify opportunities for system optimization. Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Integration : Perform work on creating new workflows, maintaining integration with other tools into Core Application. This includes working with Directory Services and Single Sign-On using Radius.
Training : Will be required to participate in training and a small set of training to L3 and L2 Support team members.
Cross-functional Support : Will be required to closely work with the technical Operation team (L3 support).

10+ years of general Identity and Access Management with extensive knowledge with 4+ years of SailPoint and CyberArk Infrastructure Maintenance and Operations experience.
Experience in similar Identity Governance & Administration platform or Privileged Access Management platforms will also be considered.
Knowledge of Directory Services specifically Active Directory and any UNIX related directory services and understanding of network infrastructure, database, and server systems, including Windows, Unix, Linux, AIX, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Active Directory.
Experience with the design and architecture of complex security / IAM solutions.
Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ maintaining workflows and troubleshooting integration issues with Databases.
Experience with SailPoint and CyberArk development and support including the release activities, application migration.
Have a good understanding of the release management process with SailPoint IIQ technical knowledge.
Knowledge of Powershell Scripting, Windows Active Directory, UNIX, Linux SSH key management experience
Experience with Java as a programming language using XML, SPML / SOAP, HTML, Web and Application Servers, understanding of password management options (SSH, ACS, LDAP) and understanding of Database authentication methods and techniques
Highly self-motivated, directed and can work independently without supervision
SailPoint and / or CyberArk certification preferred and CISSP, CISM and / or CISA a plus
Proven experience managing the architecture, deployment, and maintenance of a large-scale Access Governance / Management infrastructure within a highly complex and regulated environment.
