The AVP - APAC Talent Acquisition (TA) Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for providing management with an analysis and insight of the function’s financial results in coordination with the broader Finance team.
The overall objective is to support the Asia Talent Acquisition Head in various aspects of cost and headcount planning in order to monitor the regional function’s financials, develop outlooks and track against forecasted performance.
The role will report to the Asia Head, TA Systems and Programs Strategy, and support the Asia Talent Acquisition Head, as well as partner closely with country TA teams, regional finance teams and global Talent Acquisition colleagues.
Standardize reporting practices to ensure financial and management reporting is properly identified and addressed
Establish formal methodology for collecting, tracking and reporting against cost-impact items and headcount moves
Provide information and supporting analyses to facilitate annual business reviews and financial decisions
Monitor and advise on financial implications of ongoing operating model, technology or process initiatives
Develop and maintain appropriate documentation to ensure integrity of financial and management information in line with established records management policies
Advise on procedures and concepts in technical area, integrate with others in accomplishing goals as well as improve process efficiencies
Review departmental processes and procedures for automation to maintain efficiency and accuracy of reporting
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
5-8 years of experience in working with a variety of financial platforms
Demonstrated analytical and financial skills
Working knowledge of HR / Talent Acquisition processes preferred
Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrates presentation skills
Bachelor’s degree / University degree or equivalent experience
