  • Drive sales and ensure revenue achievements meet / exceed annual target for various IT Services & Solutions, preferably in the field of e-Governance, Large IT System Integration Projects, Smart City, ERP, Cloud, BI, IOT, AI, blockchain, Digitisation.
  • Define and deploy plans for expanding the market share through organic and inorganic growth. Generate the opportunity pipeline through pre-sales support from all cross functional teams.

  • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target are met / exceed.
  • Understand the market trends and provide IT services and solutions to clients.
  • Respond to RFX and prepare sales proposals. Analyze, help negotiate and approve profitable commercial propositions for all prospects / opportunities.
  • Tendering / bidding process experience in Govt. / Non Govt projects.

  • Customer Management. Create strategies for customer value enhancement. Drive customer loyalty and retention programs.
  • Analyse data from multiple sources to analyse customer behaviour leading to focused customer campaigns. Develop and test customer treatment strategies to awaken inactive customers using email and SMS and evaluate profiled audiences for targeted campaigns.
  • Continuously monitor the sales target, billing, collection and maintain the growth pace.
