What you will be doing Establishes productive, professional relationships with key contacts in assigned customer accounts Coordinates with key functions and resources within the company, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers expectations.

Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for every quarter Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all key functions and resources within the company Desired Skills & Experience About You This positions open to Singapore citizens and PR (permanent resident) only Business to Consumer and Business to Business account management experience in Information Technology segment Deep digital marketing (social, online, email, etc.

  • and traditional (e.g., print, telemarketing, etc.) knowledge and management experience Time management, resource management & project management skills Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook and intermediate computer skills Highly organized, strongly self-motivated, ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities Quick learner with a positive attitude;
  • Strong decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills 7 to 10 years of experience preferred; 3-5 years or more of account management experience preferred College graduate required, MBA preferred Excellent verbal and communication skills;
  • Fluent in English language additional ASEAN language proficiency preferred Reporting Structure Who Will Help You Win This role will be located in Singapore, and will report to Sr.
