job description

  • Management of Maintenance Asset Hierarchy in ERP (Location / Equipment / Assembly).
  • Configure Bills of Material / Quantity in ERP, Measure the usage and improve its quality.
  • Operartion and maintenance documentation.
  • Maintenance Procedure Library management.
  • Maintenance Planning configuration and management in ERP.
  • Maintenance Procedure configuration (Task Lists) in ERPs.
  • Configure Measuring points and Performance based maintenance.
  • Maintenance Strategy implementation.
  • Notification and Work orders management in ERP.
  • Accountability and management of ERP bulk data management Tools.
  • Engaging with Maintenance Work planners, preparers, schedulers and Executioners
  • Improve ERP data Quality based on the Feedback from above workflow.
  • Extarction of maintenance data and subsequent analysis using MS office or other analytical Tools.
  • Periodic health check up for maintenance data and initiate the subsequent clean up.
  • Create / Develop Standard Work Instructions / Standard ways of working for PM data management for assigned processes viz.

    • Plant maintenance Master data management Process, Run and maintain Process for Operating Units and other assigned processes
