Role Brief

The Program Manager (PM) will be responsible for running and / or supporting the Program Management activities of the CTO teams’ projects / program

It will involve working with the PMO lead and the Technical leads of the CTO team with the objective of ensuring all programs / projects are tracked, reported properly and their deliveries are supported using a best-practice’ project delivery approach.

This role will consist of working with Technical leads and their teams for (a) coordinating support activities to enable their work and (b) responsible for collating and maintaining weekly / fortnightly / monthly progress and budgetary reports and monitoring progress and reporting on the portfolio status.

Key responsibilities :

  • Take ownership of fulfilling all project reporting set up & tracking related requests sent to the CTO Central Team.
  • Provide business process support to the Technical Leads and their team, by assisting them through collaborating with support teams (like HR, TA, Finance etc.) .
  • Establish high levels of accuracy and diligence in reporting and presentations as well as all internal / external communication.
  • Proactively own, follow-up and resolve issues / queries raised by internal stakeholders with limited day-to-day supervision.
  • Produce insightful reports, presentations and ensure that status reporting is fit for purpose, complete, timely, accurate, and communicated effectively.
  • Effective budget planning and tracking to ensure costs are properly forecasted and utilized.
  • Collaborating with resource managers and project managers to ensure that all the resources have accurate allocations for future projections.
  • Resource utilization is done efficiently and produces decision making reports.
  • Should be able to perform capacity analysis and provide insights on resource needs for future hirings.
  • Works closely with Program lead to provide updates regularly on the assigned tasks.
  • The ability to prioritize among competing opportunities, balance stakeholder needs with business priorities, and articulate the rationale behind decisions.
  • Must be well versed with Professional Services financial acumen such as revenue, budgets & profitability, etc. and managing internal and external multi-million dollar budgets and projects.

    Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Project / program Management and resource management experience
  • Very Strong Communication, team / collaboration and people skills.
  • Good Operational Governance and Administration experience.
  • Accuracy in handling project, budget, resource & process related data.
  • Ensure correct information is provided to all the stakeholders so that the correct decision is taken on time, i.e. they maintain the transparency in all aspects.
  • Advanced knowledge of Ms Office tools like Excel, Word, Powerpoint is a must
  • Attention to detail is a must.
  • Willingness to be flexible and work across various time zones as needed by the business
