    The Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru is looking for People & Culture Executive. Candidates with passion for excellence, expertise in statutory compliances and proven recruitment experience are invited to apply for a career with Four Seasons.

    Human Resources Executive will be in-charge of Recruitment and manage statutory compliances, benefit programs and general administration. You will

  • Design, execute and maintain the recruitment process for the hotel and takes proper actions to close the gaps. Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment needs.
  • Conducts job interviews up to supervisory level positions.

  • Choose the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source; Explore the market best practices in the recruitment and implement appropriate best practices in the Hotel.
  • Build quality relationship with the local hotel schools and come up with innovative and cost effective way of hiring talented employees.
  • Plan Annual Recruitment Calendar for the hotel.

  • Set the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
  • Assist in the enrollment of employees, monthly submission of challans, transfer & withdrawal process, claims etc for all the statutory requirements of the hotel.
  • Be the custodian to identify and mitigate possible HR compliance risks

  • Inspect and audit all records to guarantee that awards and legislative compliance are observed. Ensure that any of the organization’s benefit programs such as bonuses, pensions or medical care are handled effectively and efficiently.
  • Revise procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risk or non-conformity issues. Be responsible for statutory laws affecting Payroll viz.
  • PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Minimum Wages, Shop & Establishment Act etc

    Requirements :

    Must be a graduate. Technical education in Hospitality preferred. Hotel operational experience is an added advantage.

    1-2 years of Recruitment experience & thorough understanding of Karnataka Shops & Establishment Act, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Minimum Wages etc is required.

    Must be a people’s person with strong interpersonal skills and is at ease with people from varied background and stature.

    Naturally connects with people and takes pride in serving employees.

    Possesses good English, Maths and Psychometric abilities.
