If this team and role sounds like a good fit, we look forward to meeting you! Business Consulting Vice President Job Description What You’ll Contribute FICO Advisors partners with customers to drive business results from analytics, policies, process, and technology.

We aim to : Support the FICO brand through deep business consulting expertise in the management of fraud risk, credit risk, customer experience, and portfolio management.

Ensure our customers are deriving business value through the wise application of their software and analytic assets and the creation of successful policies and strategies.

Become trusted advisors to the customer by offering frank and polite assessments and recommendations based on our broad view developed across many engagements from around the world.

Assist customers in establishing a multi-phase roadmap to achieving their longer-term success. Partner with all other FICO functional areas for a coordinated approach and maximum success for the customer.

Problem solve and develop approaches for challenging situations that address a unique client need. Nurture the client relationship with both Advisors and FICO to build long-term mutually beneficial relationships.

Travel as necessary to support clients and projects within region. What You Will Need Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study (or equivalent experience).

Sound understanding and experience in various areas of fraud and customer lifecycle including fraud detection, debt management, customer management, analytics and customer communication based on at least 15 years’ experience in this field.

Experience supporting the development of strategic planning documents, proposals, business cases, and detailed reports complemented by excellent communication and professional presentation skills.

Proven ability to develop strong relationships with clients, in project leadership, and a demonstrated results orientation.

Skill of collaborating with the entire global team to bring the collective wisdom to bear Nice to Have Able to work proactively with minimal supervision.

Additional advanced degrees, MBA, and / or fraud examiner certifications. Proficiency in a second language. A background in business or management consulting.

Past employment at a bank or financial services provider. Professional recognition within regional market. End-user knowledge of FICO solutions, Auth Systems, and / or Processor Systems.
