Product Sales EngineerArchitectOverviewBrillio is looking for an exceptional Product Sales EngineerArchitect to join our worldclass Product organization building Enterprise platforms in AIOps and NCCM space.

We are looking for dynamic technology sales professionals with a proven track record accelerating sales in hypergrowth markets, providing technical support with sales process, positioning, development, and sales acceleration activities focusing on driving technical capability and capacity in the team.

You will be joining an elite group of original thinkers and innovators, working diligently to deliver exceptional value to customers at the cutting edge of digital transformations with next gen solutions that leverages machine learning and artificial intelligence to provide realtime visibility and insight into Enterprise IT.

You will be the Subject Matter Expert on AIOps and NCCM solutions, helping qualify and close opportunities with customers and partners.

You will provide technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, and supporting technical evaluations.

  • You will collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to share your knowledge and experiences to help prioritize features based on input from customers, competitors, and partners;
  • ultimately improving our business and our customers' success. Requirements7 years of experience in Technical Sales for Enterprise networking, IT andor softwareSaaS background or familiar with IT or SaaS technologies, products, and services Technical Sales background in Enterprise SaaS platforms and mission critical operations with solutions like AppDynamics, SolarWinds, ThousandEyes, LogicMonitor, ManageEngine, DataDog, etc.

    Bachelor's in ScienceTechnologyEngineering (Computer Science or equivalent) Strong understanding of TCPIP based networks and a fundamental understanding of Network and Application Management protocols including SNMP, SNMP Traps, Syslogs, ICMP, WMI and LDAP Knowledge of Enterprise networking Network engineering, Network Operations and configurations change management Knowledge of AIOps service assurance and Closed Loop AutomationSelfHealing Knowledge of Infrastructure and network performance analytics Experience with scripting languages (e.

  • g., Python, Perl, JavaScript) Experience with Apple, Linux, and Microsoft operating systems Handson experience managing AWSAzureGCP Cloud platforms Ability to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle and use of critical thinking to solve new problems Social and Emotional IQ ability to effectively listen, communicate, and manage expectations all levels (down, peer, up) and political savviness (corporate agility) Excellent presentation and verbal skills with technical, nontechnical, enduser, and executive audiences Proactive, selfmotivated, and selfdirected;
