Facilitate weekly and monthly meetings with the Regional Leaders in the Business Units and report out key outcomes and action items.
Prepare summary of key updates and discussion points with various stakeholders for weekly and monthly connects, quarterly and monthly business reviews.
Prepare and report out summary of key sales numbers.
Sales Operations : Maintenance of sales pipeline and basic understanding of CRM system with ability to support requests to build relevant reports and dashboards in collaboration with the Sales Operations team.
Creation of content and sales enablement collaterals for Customer Experience Offerings meant for internal audiences Account executives and Sales reps.
Supporting the building of client-facing collateral, working with senior stakeholders - Practice leads, Offer leads, CoE leads.
Ensure all content / collateral being built is in compliance with defined templates
Support information requests and Market Research requests (search, collate, package, and provide right insights and content) for account planning and sales pursuits.
Support case study / reference requests for pursuits.
Work with respective team in building of relevant content for internal portals as well as external websites.
Primary Skills
Should be able to translate technical content into business parlance and build strong marketing and sales-enablement collaterals.
Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
Strong expertise in using MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong expertise in using Microsoft Windows and / or Mac platforms.
Secondary Skills
Prior knowledge of Digital Customer Experience.
