Education / Experience and Skill Requirement
Successful completion of entire value chain of project management including initial scoping, execution, quality checks, delivery, and feedback management
Conducting rapid research for various clients on varied industries to understand the industry dynamics, market size, trends & forecasts
Adhoc requests would include financial analysis, company comparable analysis, transaction analysis, competitive benchmarking, company analysis, industry studies, scrutinizing the market value and volume information of different products & making cross-country comparisons for obtaining market insights
Providing regular training and mentoring to the analysts in the team
Responsibilities
1-6 years of experience in the similar profile
MBA from Tier 1 college / CA / CFA or an equivalent degree
Good Communication Skills
Structuring the deliverables & developing new capabilities
Demonstrate strength and experience in client relationship building
Ability to achieve individual & team targets by mentoring and guiding Junior team members
Attitude to learn and gel up with the team
Flexibility as per the work / client project requirements
