Job Description : E chat French (Semi - Voice process) Answer inbound chat, covering a full range of client’s products and services including obtaining all information necessary for resolution of transaction.
Achieve sales targets by effectively communicating benefits of products and services to customers. Be knowledgeable of clients marketing initiatives and effectively communicate marketing campaigns and promotions to customers.
Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers and client’s business. Follow up and make scheduled call back to customers where necessary.
Follow standard processes and procedures. Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications. Redirect problems to appropriate resource.
Job Qualifications : Effective French oral & verbal communication skills Excellent customer service skills and great enthusiasm for helping customers Must be able to prioritize and complete all job duty requirements Must be able to adhere to schedule changes based on department and / or business Must be an energetic self-
starter with the ability to work both independently and within a team Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi task Competent in MS office and web browser environments Ability to continually display positive attitude.
