Description The position is responsible for all sales, marketing and technical aspects within the Layer sector of the poultry business in order to achieve planned sales and market share objectives with the execution of the Layer account strategies and technical support initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities Develops detailed annual marketing and technical strategies for layer sector(including advertising, promotional, and technical activities)identify business opportunities and implement them to meet agreed objectives and budget.
Provides and promotes appropriate scientific positioning of company layer products and services. Follow up and analyses market tendencies of the products, by doing surveys and proposing the launch of new products as needed.
To provide technical services or support to layer customers and other internal or external stakeholders related to product usage, disease management, herd health management, and the technical competence of the team.
to ensure effective collaboration with other teams in the OPU or in the region. Analyses technical issues and opportunities and develop action plans.
Contributes to the strategy and implementation of marketing activities to support the Poultry Layer Range. Collects, interprets, analyzes and cascades technical information and provide technical idea.
Coordinate / conduct Technical presentations in field force sales and marketing activities, when needed. Coordinates / conduct technical trainings, symposiums, and workshop to both internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitates and lead the preparations for the Layer industry events Generates technical materials in the form of publications, brochures, presentations, and lectures.
Provides trial protocols and conduct field trials in coordination with the field force. Identify layer customer needs and make proposals for solutions that leads to maximum market penetration and optimal layer key account intimacy.
Provide value added activities and solutions to key layer accounts. Interaction and developing key relationship across the KA organization, especially key decision makers.
Works with the Layer Technical Sales Specialist to define individual customer support (especially key accounts) to achieve sales objectives Requirements Knowledge and good relationship with the layer industry key influential person and customers.
Poultry expertise is a must, preferably in the Layer operations, health and management. BS Degree on Animal Health or Science preferably Doctor of Veterinary Medicine 1.
Good performance record of accomplishment with at least three years of experience in a technical or marketing role in the Animal Health industry, particularly on the Poultry segment preferably in a multinational company.
