JOB REQUIREMENTSThis position will be part of Customer Service Technology team at Fanatics and will be responsible for building and supporting new features / capabilities / products in Customer Service domain that enable business team to provide best-in-class experience to our customers.
Customer Services team supports products / solutions like Agent Desktop, AI and ML driven Chatbot, Work Force Management, etc.
