Job Description

Strategic& Operational Brand Management

  • Ensure top line andprofitability
  • Manage cost forportfolios handled
  • Promotion of the brand
  • Plan and developmarketing strategies
  • Market support and achieving budget forthe brand
  • Designing promotionalmix for the product
  • Conceptualisation anddesign of inputs for the field
  • Monitor competitoractivities and devise response to protect the brand
  • Undertaking marketdevelopment projects
  • Advertising control
  • Ensure and maintain customer focus.
  • Prelaunch Plans

  • Initiate and executeactivities for prelaunch plans
  • Comply with regulatoryrequirements
  • Sales Review

  • Rreview sales performance and cost parameters,identify areas of improvement and provide feedback through monthly reviewmeetings, visit strategic markets, decide on sales process improvementinitiatives, seek support from other function heads to finalize competitivestrategies, lead quarterly meetings with field staff IN ORDER TO ensureachievement of sales targets.
  • Field coordination inachieving the sales budgets & Regular field work in building rapport withKOLs and involving them in various market expansion activities.
  • To maintain the salesto cost ratio mainly on promotional spent.
  • Developing and nurturing key opinionleaders pool for the brand
  • Sales and market share of the brand
  • Field communication, feedback andcorrection.
  • Engage key stakeholders
  • Education requirements

    B-Pharm / Science graduate with Masters in Business Administration / Post graduate diploma in marketing or Pharmaceutical Management

    Work experience

    Minimum 2 years as Senior Product Manager, 6-7 years of pharmaceutical Marketing / Product Management experience and minimum of 2 years of experience in NN.
