You will be part of the Landlord Representation Team that sits within the business line Markets. You will be reporting directly to the Sr.
Director in Bangalore; supporting the new business prospecting and pipeline, research, analytics, intel gathering and Market Link management.
Working with our sales leadership and business line heads to support the development of new business opportunities and manage the LR business.
You will be working closely with our Markets Sales team and other third part brokers to leverage all relationships and build business for the Landlord with whom we are tied up.
You will also be responsible for generating new relations with Landlords across Bangalore to secure more projects on exclusive marketing.
Landlord Representation :
You will be required to source new buildings on exclusive marketing from Landlords across Bangalore and India (if possible) and engage with all brokers across Bangalore to generate new leases for these Landlords
Client and Competitor Intelligence
You will maintain our sales database and ensure it is kept up to date.

You will be building, maintaining, supporting Landlords across Bangalore (where we are exclusively appointed) to market their projects.
You must pay attention to detail and have excellent problem solving skills. Possess the ability to collate information into cohesive presentations with proper slide layout / design.
You will have a Degree / Diploma or relevant educational background in Real Estate with min 4-5 years of working experience.
