What You’ll Do
Change Management Roles and Responsibilities with some project management deliverables :
Overall change management efforts have started in 2020 and is being led from the SF office.
This role will leverage overarching change management strategies and adjust them to meet the needs of the Sourcing impacted team members.
In addition, this role will own end to end project tracking and communicate progress to the internal project team.
Leverage overarching change management strategy and build out detailed change plan for impacted audiences (focus will be on Sourcing team members and possibly vendors)
Sustain governance structure and update Change Coalition, as needed o Assess and monitor stakeholders
Assess change impact and use information to inform change plans
Leverage overarching resistance management strategy and adjust plan for impacted audience
Leverage overarching communication strategy, create detailed plan and adjust content for impacted audience
Leverage overarching training strategy and create detailed plan for impacted audience
Leverage overarching sustainability strategy and create detailed plan for impacted audience
Incorporate measurement into key deliverables, such as change readiness and adoption and proficiency surveys
Create reinforcement actions to improve adoption and proficiency, which may include additional learning and communication reinforcement actions.
Schedule all communication and training forums for the project end to end
Track project progress using inputs from the team, summarize overall results, highlight risks and partner with project team to mitigate risks.
Hold project team accountable and delegate tasks to appropriate partners for follow ups.
Communicate weekly project status dashboard to project team (mostly through email)
Who you are
Experience level : 8+ years Skills and Experience Required :
Change Management fully led change management strategy and plan in prior experience Comfortable with ambiguity
Self-starter and ability to quickly learn
Strong communication and facilitation; must be vocal and lead meetings, provide direction and give constructive feedback to ensure progress is being made Results-oriented Organized and detail-oriented Cross functional collaboration
Microsoft office applications
Preferred but not mandatory :
ProSci change management certified Retail industry Project Management (in addition to change mgmt. above)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information systems, Engineering, Computer applications or related field
Continuous Learning - Year-round training sessions are offered as part of skill enhancement certifications sponsored by the company on an as need basis.
