Role description :
Design build and configure Pega marketing business application to meet business processes and application support requirement.
Must have skills : Pega Marketing experience (minimum 2 years) Pega UI experience.
Certifications : CSA (Certified System Architect) and CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) and CPMC (Certified Pega Marketing Consultant ) or GPDC (Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant)
Key Responsibilities :
Experience in implementing / support Pega marketing application.
Experience in defining Strategies, Campaigns Predictive and Adaptive Models
Resolving incident and preparing RCA.
Leading the Technical Team in Enhancements & Support Activities.
Perform Code Reviews to ensure code quality.
Ensure Compliances and Guardrails, Code Standards, UI Standards and Corporate Standards.
Fixing issues identified during campaign execution.
Marketing Strategy validation and enhancement implementation along with review.
Perform RCA on the incident / defects. Technical experience :
Hands-on experience in implementing logic in Pega Marketing and Customer Service Framework and PRPC module.
Experience in performing impact Analysis.
Business Flow related Changes.
Mentoring / optimizing of offers / campaigns initiated for different channels.
Application Configuration management and Changes.
Code deployment where necessary.
Execute / Schedule / Monitor Campaign (Start, Stop, Suspend, & Resume).
Support related Changes / Technical
